The Story Behind My New Summer Ceramic Collection
This summer, I found myself searching for quiet.
Maybe because the world around us feels louder than ever — full of colors, movement, endless information, and constant noise. I felt a strong need to slow down, to create from a calmer place, and to return to something more simple, honest, and natural.
I wanted more space to breathe.
More softness.
More connection to the earth.
That feeling became the beginning of my new handmade ceramic summer collection - a collection inspired by silence, nature, and the beauty of simple everyday moments.
Creating Handmade Ceramics from a Place of Stillness
When I started working on these pieces, I didn’t want to create something loud.
I wanted to create objects that bring a sense of calm into a home.
Pieces that quietly become part of daily rituals — the first coffee of the morning, a slow meal around the table, fresh fruit after visiting the market, or a peaceful moment at the end of the day.
I was drawn to:
- soft natural colors
- clean and simple lines
- gentle handmade shapes
- raw clay textures
- shades of white, sand, and earth
Lots of white.
Lots of calm.
A quiet kind of beauty.
White on White Collection: My Minimal Handmade Ceramic Tableware
The White on White Collection was created from my love for simplicity.
I wanted to make ceramic pieces that feel clean and peaceful, but still warm and full of life.
Each piece is handmade from soft white-beige clay and finished with a luminous glossy white glaze.
I love the contrast between the minimal white surface and the small handmade details — the gentle curves, natural variations, and quiet marks left from the making process.
For me, these details are what make handmade ceramics special.
Not perfectly identical.
Not industrial.
Just honest.
Made slowly.
Made by hand.
The White on White Collection was designed to bring a feeling of calm, timeless beauty to everyday dining.

Desert Stone Collection: Handmade Ceramics Inspired by Earth and Desert Landscapes

The Desert Stone Collection was born from my connection to natural landscapes.
I have always been inspired by the quiet beauty of the desert — the warm colors, the raw textures, and the peaceful feeling of open spaces.
For this collection, I chose a warm speckled ochre stoneware clay that already carries so much character before I even touch it.
The small natural speckles, earthy tones, and organic texture remind me of stones, sand, and landscapes shaped slowly by time.
Each piece is finished with either:
- a glossy white glaze for a soft luminous feeling
- a matte white glaze for a more natural, stone-like texture
I wanted these pieces to feel like they came from nature and returned back into the home.
Simple.
Earthy.
Quiet.
My Favorite Pieces from the Desert Stone Collection
Desert Stone Handmade Ceramic Bowl

I created this bowl as an everyday piece — something you naturally reach for again and again.
For warm soup, fresh salads, breakfast bowls, or slow meals at home.
A simple handmade ceramic bowl with natural texture and quiet presence.
Handcrafted Ceramic Cups – Desert Stone (Set of 2)
These cups were designed for small daily rituals.
Morning coffee.
Evening tea.
A few quiet minutes during a busy day.
Each cup is shaped by hand, making every piece slightly different and completely unique.
Stone Desert Ceramic Berry Colander
This piece combines beauty and function — something I always look for when creating.
A handmade ceramic colander for fresh berries and fruit, inspired by slow kitchen moments and simple living.
A small object that makes everyday routines feel more special.
Why I Believe in Handmade Ceramics
For me, ceramics are not just objects.
They hold time.
They hold touch.
They carry the process behind them.
Every small variation tells the story of the hands that shaped the piece — and that is something I never want to remove.
I believe our homes don’t need more things.
They need meaningful things.
Objects we connect with.
Objects that invite us to slow down.
Bringing Quiet Into the Home
This summer collection is my way of bringing a little more silence into everyday life.
A calmer table.
A softer morning.
A slower moment.
Pieces made from earth, shaped by hand, and created with intention.
A quiet kind of beauty.
Inspired by nature.
Made slowly.
Made by hand.
